The Pope's Day celebrated with the Apostolic Nunctio.

On Sunday 20th April 2008, the celebration of the Pope's Day was done in the Ta Pinu Sanctuary. This was done by a pontificial mass led by the Apostolic Nunctio H.E. tommaso Caputo together with H.E Mario Grech, bihop for Gozo together with a considerable number of priests and religious persons. The mass was animated by the Choir Schola Cantorum Jubilate. This was the first official visit by the Apostolic Nunctio to Ta Pinu Sanctuary. At the ed of the Pontifical mass, the rector presented to the Nunctio a copy of the titular painting of Our Lady of Ta' Pinu.
