The Presentation of Babies to Our Lady of Ta' Pinu

On Saturday, 3rd February, on the feast of the Presentation of Baby Jesus, H.E. Mgr Mario Grech, Bishop for Gozo, led the celebration of the presentation of babies to Our Lady of Ta' Pinu. These presentations ttok place during the Celebration of the Holy Scripture in Ta' Pinu Sanctuary. H.E. the Bishop augured the parents of those babies and asked them to continue the upbringing of their children with the best catholic teachnigs. This celebration was organised by the Catholic Action of Gozo, and 150 babies were presented to Our Lady of Ta' Pinu. At the end of the celebration, H.E. the Bishop presented to each family a diploma which certifies the presentation of the baby as well a prayer and a medallion with the image of Our Lady of Ta' Pinu.
